The new GLAR - Greater Louisville Association of Realtors - 12300 Sycamore Station Place

With a local presence of over 5,000 Realtors®, the time had come to go and grow. GLAR decided in 2019 to move from it’s long-standing location at 6300 New Dutchmans Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40205 to a custom site at 12300 Sycamore Station Place that was geared towards the future with more parking, larger and better-appointed meeting spaces for events and classes, additional facilities and services for members to rent or use, and an all-around fresh take.

Totally About Houses, as a member in good standing with GLAR, is excited to be a part of this next step. GLAR has stated that 12300 Sycamore Station Place will be home for the next 20-30 years. The new conference center can accommodate up to 200 people or be broken into three(3) rooms that hold 65 each.

Parking was always an issue at the old GLAR location. The new location has more than ample parking. Bring one or bring them all.
